In Vietnam, sugarcane molasses has a long history, especially famous in Nghe An province. Traditional villages like Khanh Quang (Nghe An) have preserved the craft of making molasses since the 1960s, a testament to its enduring tradition passed down through generations. Producing molasses using traditional methods not only creates a product rich in nutritional value but also represents a part of traditional culinary culture.

Beyond culinary applications, sugarcane molasses has numerous industrial uses: it's used in rum distillation, as a construction additive, and for soil improvement to promote microbial activity. With its unique flavor and high nutritional value, sugarcane molasses has become a versatile ingredient closely intertwined with human life.

Ngu Quynh Foods' sugarcane raw materials are selected from famous sugarcane growing regions of Nghe An province such as Tan Ky (Giai Xuan, Nghia Dong, Ky Son, Tan Xuan), Yen Thanh, as well as traditional sugarcane growing areas in Nghia Dan, Quy Hop, Anh Son, Thanh Chuong, and many mountainous communes.

Thanks to the unique soil conditions, combined with long-standing farming experience and the application of modern intensive farming and mechanization, the sugarcane grown here yields outstanding productivity, with a consistently sweet and high-quality flavor.

Ngu Quynh Foods factory is designed as a closed-loop, one-way system, meeting ISO 22000:2018 standards. The production process strictly adheres to food safety and hygiene regulations, and is certified by the Nghe An Provincial Department of Quality, Processing and Market Development.

Ngu Quynh Foods' sugarcane syrup is made from a harmonious combination of traditional cooking methods and modern distillation technology, ensuring the preservation of its natural flavor and safety for health. The entire process takes place in a factory that meets food safety standards, and includes the following steps:

1. Harvesting fresh sugarcane from the source.
2. Carefully cleaning and selecting.
3. Pressing to extract pure sugarcane juice.
4. First brewing using traditional manual methods.
5. Second distillation using a modern electric distillation system at the Ngu Quynh Foods factory.
6. Boiling and packaging in a sealed environment.
7. Distributing to consumers.
